Summary of key points
What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our services, we process personal information depending on how you interact with us, the choices you make, the properties you are interested in, and the features you use.
Do we process sensitive personal information? Yes, when necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law. Our work involves credit, rental history, and background information by its nature.
Do you sell my personal information? No. We do not sell your personal data. We share your information with apartment communities so we can help you find housing. Our service is free to you because apartment communities pay us a commission when you sign a lease. That arrangement does not change the rent you are quoted.
Do we collect information from third parties? We may collect information from public databases, marketing partners, social platforms, and other outside sources.
Do you use automated or AI systems? Yes. Some of our calls, texts, and emails may be generated or assisted by automated systems. These help us respond to your inquiry and send apartment information. Automated responses may not reflect current availability, pricing, or community policy, so verify anything that matters directly with the community before you act on it.
How do we keep your information safe? We use organizational and technical safeguards. No transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized parties will never defeat our security.
What are your rights? Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. The easiest way to exercise them is to contact us.

If you choose to provide any of that in connection with your apartment inquiry, we use it only as needed to help with your request and do not disclose it except as required by law.
Information collected automatically
In short: Some information, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit.
This does not reveal your identity but may include device and usage information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preference, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and how and when you use the site. Information collected from other sources
We may obtain information about you from public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, data providers, and other third parties.
Automated and AI assisted communications
We may use automated or AI assisted systems to generate or help with calls, texts, and emails. This includes first responses, delivery of your apartment list, replies to form submissions, and ongoing support on your inquiry. Information you provide may be used to improve these tools. We handle that information under this policy and do not sell it.

- Apartment communities and landlords. We share information such as your name, contact details, budget, move date, and preferences with apartment communities, property management companies, and landlords, as needed to run your search, book tours, and submit applications on your behalf. - Business transfers. If we are acquired by or merged with another company, your information may transfer to the new owner, who would remain bound by this policy.
- Legal requirements. Where we are legally required to disclose information to comply with law, a government request, a court order, or legal process.

The site may link to third party websites or contain third party content. We do not control those sites and cannot guarantee the safety or privacy of data you share with them. Anything they collect is not covered by this notice.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies such as web beacons and pixels to gather information when you use the site. Some help with security, crash prevention, saved preferences, and basic functions. We also allow third parties and service providers to use tracking technologies for analytics and advertising.
6. How long do we keep your information?
In short: We keep it as long as needed for the purposes in this notice, and afterward for recordkeeping and legal compliance, unless you ask us to delete it.
If you would like us to delete your information, contact us using the details below and we will handle your request under applicable law. We keep records of texts, emails, call logs, and other communications, including those generated by automated systems, to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and show proof of consent.
7. Data breach notification
If a security breach compromises your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law. Texas law requires us to notify the Texas Attorney General within 30 days if a breach affects 250 or more Texas residents. We will also notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
We have put appropriate technical and organizational security measures in place. Transmission of personal information to and from the site is at your own risk, and you should only use the site in a secure environment.
9. Do we collect information from minors?
In short: No. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18.
